NEW YORK, NY – June 18, 2025 — Reade Hotel Capital, led by CEO Mark Rosinsky and Managing Partner Lawrence Margolis, is an emerging investment firm in the hotel sector that has acquired four properties since 2021, totaling 802 keys. They believe the current market presents unique buying opportunities, especially as larger firms pull back.

Rosinsky, an experienced hotelier, and Margolis, with a strong background in real estate finance, started by acquiring two Hampton Inns in the Hudson Valley. They followed this by opening a 320-key Hilton in New Orleans and a 208-key Embassy Suites in Nashville, which will undergo renovations in the coming months.

Their strategy focuses on finding off-market deals, working with investment partners, and enhancing properties through renovations to add value. Reade anticipates closing more deals this year while maintaining a commitment to hands-on management and a boutique approach, distinguishing itself from larger private equity firms. With a small team and plans for expansion, they aim to leverage favorable market conditions.
